The administration building „Foyer“ with 24,575 square metre is located central near of the railway station.
The both office buildings with atrium and restaurant are at the one hand an eight-storey and on the other hand a four-storey building.
The “Foyer” is the first building in Switzerland which achieved the sustainability certification LEED Plantinum (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design – U.S. Green Building Council).
